EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers will only be eligible to exchange item(s) for the original item purchased. If that item is no longer in stock, you will then be notified, and issued a full refund. If this applies, we ask that you first send us an email about the defective or damaged item at ShopAvoirdustyle@gmail.com. Please be aware that ALL items are inspected before they are shipped out to our customers.
In the event you receive a damaged or defective item, and you have sent an email to ShopAvoirdustyle@gmail.com; You will receive instructions on returning the item. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed, and a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the email on file. If rejected, the item(s) will be sent back to the address originally used when purchase was made at customer's expense.
There are certain circumstances where an exchange is accepted.
Any item that isn’t in its original condition will not be eligible for exchange. Item needs to be unworn with all tags attached and free from smell.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchase shipping insurance.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your financial institution to verify if the refund is pending. Processing times vary by financial institution, however if after 3-5 business days from your inspection confirmation you have not received your refund, please contact us at ShopAvoirdustyle@gmail.com.
